“I could not be happier with these guys. I have owned my 1971 VW Super Bug for 27 years and had it completely repainted 25 years ago. Since then I have attempted to wax it myself now and again and even had it waxed at a car wash joint. It continued to show oxidization, wax residue and general neglect and I looked for someone to restore it’s original shine.
I searched Yelp for the best and drove to Detail Maniac for their recommendation. Man asked if I would like a test area restored to show me the end result. I agreed and after seeing the result contracted them to do a full paint restoration and seal it with their ceramic coating. Not only did they carefully remove all the trim prior to starting, they purchased specially matched touch up paint and proceeded to touch up all of the nicks and scratches that occurred over 25 years. They reassembled the car and I could not be happier with the result.
After two weeks I decided the car could use a quick clean and mixed up soap and water in a bucket and pre sprayed the car with clean water. I was amazed to see the water bead up on the paint and immediately realized, no soap was needed. I sprayed the car down, used a leaf blower to remove the water in the crevices and wiped down with a micro towel. Absolutely amazing!!”
